2 cups pearl tapioca or sago
1 pound prunes (cooked)
1 pound raisins (cooked)
1 quart grape juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 quarts water
2 cups sugar (or more if desired)
2 whole cinnamon sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Soak tapioca in 2 1/2 to 3 cups water for 4 to 12 hours. (Can be soaked overnight). Boil tapioca in the 2 quarts of water until clear, stirring frequently. Add grape juice, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon sticks and cooked fruit with juices. Remove cinnamon sticks when done. May be served warm or cold. Makes 1 gallon.

Other dried fruit that has been cooked may be added, such as apricots and/or apples. Can be served as an appetizer or a dessert.
