Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup bread crumbs
1 lb crabmeat (I find lump crab at Sam's in a can)
1/2 green pepper - diced small
1/2 red pepper - diced small
1/4 cup carrot - shredded
1/2 small red onion - diced
1 egg - beaten
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Vegetable oil - for frying

Special Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Special sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Set bread crumbs aside; combine remaining ingredients together until well mixed. Form mixture into 3 oz cakes. Roll each cake in bead crumbs. I find at this point it is easier to place the bread crumbs onto the cake held in my hand then to roll - it starts to fall apart sometimes when you "roll" into crumbs. Place cakes in freezer for 1 hour, to set up. Saute on medium heat until each cake is golden brown and heated through. Serve with special sauce.

Special sauce
Mix together the mayonnaise, dry mustard, honey and cayenne pepper.

Thanks Sharon for sharing your recipes with us. We will enjoy making them and thinking about what fun it was at the Saginaw Club for dinner that night.
