Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked veggies (your choice...I usually use carrots, broccoli and asparagus)
1 lb. cooked pasta (linguini, noodles, spaghetti)
1 pkg. dry italian salad dressing mix
1/2 cup half and half
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (bagged is fine or use the container in refrig. section-not the fine though)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dressing mix, milk, butter, cheese in a big bowl in the microwave. Heat until combined.
I usually do the milk and butter first then add the cheese.
I do the veggies stove top but have also done the veggies in the microwave.
Add veggies and hot pasta to your big bowl of sauce and combine. Serve hot.
If you don't feel there is enough sauce - add more half and half. If it is not flavorful enough add part of another pkg.of dry italian mix. Sometimes you need to add more cheese. You could always just make a small amount of the sauce again in the microwave and add to your big bowl if you need more.
I cook cut up chicken pieces stove top with a little butter or olive oil and garlic, then add to the sauce/pasta mixture. You could also use shrimp.
