1 bunch Romaine lettuce
1 lb. fresh spinach
1/2 cup cashew nuts
2 tart Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced, unskinned

Dressing
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp,. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Layer the greens, nuts, apples - several times. Mix dressing ingredients. Add enough dressing to salad to coat. Do not toss as nuts and apples tend to drop to the bottom. Serve immediately.
