2 1/2 pounds boneless round steak
cut in 1 inch cubes
1 chopped onion

2 jars (6 oz) sliced mushrooms
1 jar (16 oz) salsa


3 cups hot cooked rice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

Dutchoven medium heat
Cook beef , onion 4-6 minutes
Stir in mushrooms and salsa
Cover and simmer 2 hours or until meat is tender

Serve over rice and top with sour cream and cheese.
