Ingredients:  
1 cup sugar,
1/2 cup peanut butter,
1/4 cup brown sugar,
1/3 cup shortening,
2 eggs,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
1 cup flour,
1/4 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 1/3 cups coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together, sugars, peanut butter, and shortening.
Add eggs.
Beat until well mixed.
Add flour, salt, and baking powder.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut.
Spread in greased 9x13.
bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
Cool cut into bars
