6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tsp. poppy seeds
1/2 c. margarine, melted, or less to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, soups, sour cream and mushrooms. Place mixture in a greased 9x13 in. casserole dish. Mix crackers and poppy seeds, then sprinkle on top of chicken mixture. Pour margarine over crackers and bake at 350ºF for 20-30 minutes, or until bubbly and crackers are lightly browned. *If you want to freeze this, DO NOT add crackers, poppy seeds or margarine on top of casserole. You can put them in a Ziploc and then sprinkle on and add margarine once thawed and ready to bake.
