Fresh baby spinach
fresh sliced mushrooms
2 hard boiled eggs
bean sprouts (optional)
six slices bacon, fried crisp
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup catsup
1/4 cup sugar
onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and rinse spinach, wrap in a clean dish towel
Cook two eggs, then cool and peel. Make dressing in blender using ketchup, vegetable oil, sugar, 1/2 small onion, salt and pepper. At serving time, place chilled spinach in large flat serving bowl. Top with sliced egg, mushrooms, sprouts, crumbled bacon. Lightly pour dressing on top.
