3 - 4 yams or sweet potatoes
1/4c. brown sugar
2-3 tbsp. real butter
pecan halves
Directions:
Directions:
Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Slowly melt butter with brown sugar. Put mashed potatoes in casserole dish, flatten and pour melted butter/brown sugar over top. Place pecan halves on top. Bake iat 350 F for approximately 30 minutes.
This recipe is requested by my family every Thanksgiving and Christmas.
