4 cloves minced garlic
1 large onion chopped
2 pounds cubed raw chicken breast
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans canellini beans with liquid from can
7 oz can El Paso minced green chilis
Fresh or canned jalapeno chilis, chopped
1 Tablespoon ground cumin (or more to taste)
Tabasco to taste
1 cup sour cream (light or regular)

Double or triple to serve more or freeze some

Saute the garlic & onion in 1-2 tablespoons oil until onion is translucent. Add the raw chicken breast; satue until browned slightly. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Stir in one cup sour cream before serving. Serve with avocado wedges.
