1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/3 cup butter
2 eggs
1 t. almond extract
1 t. cinnamon
4 cups apples, pared, cored and sliced
1 3/4 cup flour
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. soda
1/4 t. salt
1/4 cup milk
2 T. flour
2 T. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, butter, eggs and almond extract. Mix well. Combine 1 3/4 cup flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Blend into cheese mixture alternately with milk. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Dip apples in lemon juice; toss with 2 T. flour, 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Arrange apple slice on coffeecake. Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly. Serve Warm.
