2-3 Slices black forest ham
1 Egg
1 TBSP (15ml) Cream
1 Heaping TBSP (25ml) Grated swiss cheese
Sprinkle of Basil
1/2 English muffin (or whole english muffin if you want to make it a sandwich and avoid using utensils)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease large muffin tins. Line with ham and break egg over top. Add cream and sprinkle with cheese and basil. Bake 20 minutes. Serve on half a toasted english muffin. (Place water in any unused muffin cups to prevent damage.)

Serve with fruit.
