1/3 c. butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1 lb. cubed or large chunks chicken
1/3 c. flour
1/2 carrot, shredded
1 stick celery, shredded
1/4 c. onion, shredded
1/2 c. fresh spinach, torn in pieces
3 c. whole milk
1 c. heavy cream
3 chicken bouillon cubes
cracked pepper to taste
17.6 oz. gnocchi

Directions:
Directions:
On medium heat, melt butter in a soup pot. Add the garlic and saute. Add chicken and cook throughout. Stir in flour and mix well until the flour is cooked into the chicken. Next add the vegetables. Add the bouillon cubes. Stir in the milk and cream. Add your gnocchi last--it takes 3-4 minutes to cook throughout. Mix ingredients well until soup thickens, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
