A generous handful of asparagus
Generous pinch of sea salt
Fresh squeezed lemon juice (from approx. 1 lemon)
Extra virgin olive oil (approx. 2 Tbsp)
Fresh Parmesan cheese (as much as you like ~ maybe 1/4 cup)

Directions:
Break the ends off the asparagus and rinse with cold water. Peel the asparagus with a swiss peeler (a swivel peeler) all the way down (if you're familiar with making zucchini noodles, this is the same concept). Add a pinch of salt, drizzle of olive oil and the freshly squeezed lemon juice. Top with shaved parmesan (use the peeler to make parmesan curls)
