Ingredients:  
1/4 – 1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 c slivered almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
4 pkgs Raman noodles, crushed
3 green onions, chopped.
1 c light extra virgin oil
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 head Chinese cabbage, shredded.

Step One

1/4 – 1/2 c butter or margarine
1/4 c slivered almonds
1/4 c sesame seeds
4 pkgs ramen noodles, crushed


Saute in the melted butter until slightly browned. Be careful! It burns easily! Cool.

Step Two
1 head Chinese cabbage (Sui Choy), shredded.
3 green onions, chopped.

Combine with step one when step one is cooled.

Dressing
1 c oil (use the lightest oil available). I use extra virgin olive oil.
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
salt and pepper to taste.

Shake vigorously and add just before serving.
