Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a recipe that my mother found and it was an instant hit with not only the kids, but the adults as well. Hootenanny is so easy to make with a minimum of ingredients and not nearly as labor intensive as pancakes or French toast. Just mix the batter in the blender, pour into a very hot baking dish, bake and enjoy. This recipe will feed 6, although there have been mornings that it only made it to 4. Top the breakfast off with crispy bacon and some orange juice and you will be in a happy mood to start the day!
