Potatoes, Hellman's Mayo, Onions (finely chopped), Hard Boiled Eggs (cut into small pieces), Celery Salt, Pepper

Directions:

Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes and boil in salted water till slightly tender. Don't overcook! Once cooled down, add mayo and remaining ingredients. You can even add a little milk to give it a smoother consistency. Sprinkle with a little paprika and you can even garnish it with some hard boiled egg slices and green pepper rings.

You can substitute fresh celery finely chopped for the celery salt. If you do this, of course you will have to add salt to the salad.
