Bella Milano Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
2 bunches chopped green onions
1/2 lb. provel rope cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

Directions:
Prepare the above ingredients and mix with the following dressing:

6 oz apple cider vinegar
2 oz water
1/2 cup oil
1/3 package Good Seasonings Italian Dressing Mix
1/4 cup sugar

Let dressing sit in fridge for at least 2-3 hours.

Personal Notes:
This is a great salad and easy to make. Bella Milano is a local Italian Restaurant in Edwardsville, Illinois. I was so fortunate to get the recipe. I would like to say - the more bacon and cheese, the better!
