2 c. all purpose flour
1 Tbsp. salt
4 eggs

Directions:
Blend eggs and salt. Add flour until well blended. Wet tabletop, add roll wax paper to cover table side to side. Do this 2 times, overlapping paper. Sprinkle 1 cup flour onto center of paper. Put noodle dough on middle of paper. Cover noodle dough with flour. Roll as thin as possible. Keep rolling pin floured. Cover dough with clean cloth. Let dry approximately 5-6 hours or overnight. Cut into strips. Lay strips on top of each other and cut into small pieces. Can be stored in air-tight container in freezer. When ready to use, put in chicken broth, stirring as you add a handful at a time. Will thicken a lot.
