Use any fruit filling, sweetened and thickened as if preparing for a pie filling.
1 Tsp lemon juice
1/2 Tsp almond filling

1 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Tsp salt
3 Tbsp cold margarine
1/2 cup cold milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix lemon juice and almond flavoring with fruit filling. Pour in deep, oven safe casserole dish and place in warm oven while preparing topping.

Measure flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add milk all at once, mix to moisten. Drop by spoonfuls over hot fruit.

Bake uncovered in 425ºF oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipping cream.
