3 C SELF RISING flour
3 T sugar
1 can room temp beer
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
mix flour, sugar and beer together. butter loaf pan on bottom and sides with the stick of butter, then melt what is left. Put the batter in the loaf pan and let rise about 5 minutes. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake at 375 for 50 minutes

This bread is very good right out of the oven, hot. Serve with chili and soup. Sometimes we add cheddar cheese and green chilies. It smells so good while its cooking.
