14.5-oz. can sauerkraut
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
1/4 tsp. cloves
6 boned pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
4 cups Granny Smith apples, sliced thin
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange sauerkraut in 9x13 baking dish. Mix with caraway seeds and cloves. Place pork chops on top. Arrange apple slices on pork; sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake at 350º for 1 1/4 hours or until pork is tender.
