1¼ cups milk
½ cup superfine sugar
½ cup nonfat dry milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
2 cups canned smooth applesauce
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
pinch of ground nutmeg,
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour milk, sugar, dry milk and lemon juice into a blender or food processor. Process on high until well mixed. Add remaining ingredients and blend for another 30 seconds. Chill mixture in the refrigerator until ready to freeze. Pour mixture into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
