1 loaf bread, 3 medium potatoes, 4-5 eggs, 2 onions chopped, 1 cup diced celery (include some of the leaves), 1 tsp. parsley, salt and pepper, at least 1/4 lb. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the bread and put in large mixing bowl. Saute the finely chopepd onion in butter. Cook the potatoes and rice or mash. When slighly cool, add onion and celery and beaten eggs. Mix well, but do not beat.
Bake in oven until browned.
