1/2 t. sage
1/2 t. marjoram
1/4 t. pepper
1/8 t. salt
4 pork loin chops
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 minced garlic clove
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup beef broth
1/3 cup sour cream
1 T. flour
1 t. mustard
2 cups wide egg noodles, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl. Rub onto both sides of pork chops. Spray skillet with Olive Oil cooking spray. Cook chops over med. heat for 5 minutes, turning once. Remove from skillet. Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook for 2 minutes stirring. Add mushrooms and broth. Return chops to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered 3 to 4 minutes. Whisk together sour cream, flour and mustard in bowl. Add 3 T. of broth from skillet - whisk. Place into skillet and stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chops are done. Serve gravy over chops and noodles.
