2-4 packs saifun noodles
1-2 cans corn beef (hash)
1-2 onions
1 bunch celery, chopped
1 can corn
carrots, chopped
soy sauce to taste
cabbage, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Soak saifun noodles in water until rehydrated. Cut onions and brown in skillet with corn beef. Cut noodles with scissors, bite-size. Add noodles and veggies to skillet. Add water and soy sauce. bring to a simmer until vegetables are soft. Can be served over white rice.
