1 teaspoon horseradish
1 teaspoon pickle relish
Juice of 1 lemon
Tabasco, dash
Worcestershire sauce, dash

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make ahead of time to combine the seasonings. Serve with any fish.
