1/2 stick butter
4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp pepper sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic
1 Tbsp ketchup
a dash of salt
2 cups milk
1/2 pound Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan and add flour. Saute together until pastelike. Add remaining ingredients including milk. Then and the Velveeta. Stir in a double boiler until thickOR if you don't have one just take a large sauce pan add about 2 cups of water, bring to a boil, then turn down to medium heat and add a smaller sauce pan in water, this too will act as a double boiler.Serve with chips.
