1 pkg hot or mild Jimmy Dean sausage
8 oz cream cheese
1 can of Rotel

Directions:
Lay cream cheese out to softened, cook sausage, drain and cool, heat Rotel in microwave for 1 minute then mix together rotel and cream cheese then add sausage and store in refrigerator for at least 45 min. serve with chips or crackers.
