1 tsp. black pepper
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 T. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 green onion chopped, green and white parts
5 T. garlic powder
3 T. sesame oil
3 chicken breasts, cut into thin slices
1/2 cabbage, chopped coarsely
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
Broccoli, lightly steamed
1 small can mushrooms
2 T. Korean red pepper
3 T. sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients to make stir fry sauce. Stir fry chicken, cabbage, green pepper, onions, celery and carrots. Add broccoli and mushrooms, heat thoroughly. Add Korean red pepper and sesame oil and as much sauce as needed. Serve over rice. Sauce will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
