1 lb. stir fry beef
Oil
Bulgogi marinade
1 med. Korean radish, peeled, cut into match stick pieces
Fresh ginger, thumb size, peeled and grated
Green onion, chopped with the green tops

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate beef in the bulgogi marinade for at least 1 hour. Put 1-2 T. oil in wok and stir fry beef in small batches. Put radish in a bowl with grated ginger and ginger juice. Add green onion. Stir fry this in small batches in the wok, adding cooked radish to cooked beef. Put everything back into the wok after it is cooked and blend flavors on low for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
