1 white chopped onion
1 chopped garlic clove
10 # pork shoulder
3 cans chicken broth
1 lg. can tomatoes - crushed
2 lg. bags of Hot green chilies
1 lg. bag of med. green chilies
2 bunches of chopped cilantro
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pork shoulder @ 400 for 3 hr., covered. Cool and shread. In a Dutch oven pan, Saute onion and garlic in olive oil, add 1 can chicken broth. Add shredded pork. Add other cans of chicken broth. Add tomatoes, chilies. Add cilantro. Stir Alot. Cook for a long time.
