Ingredients:  
8 slices bakery bread (or bread of choice)
6 eggs
2 cups milk
crumbled bacon (or sliced smoked sausage,
or pieces of ham)

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread and cut into fourths.
Grease 9x11 pan.
Lay bread slices on botton.
Grate cheese over bread.
Sprinkle meat over this.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove foil.
Bake uncovered 300 degrees for 1 hour
(or a little longer until browned)
Serve with muffins and fruit.
