2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 lb. bulk sausage, hot or mild
1 can Rotel tomatoes, hot, med. or mild
2 c. Mexican cheese
Tortilla chips
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on the bottom of a 9x13 in. casserole. Cook and drain the sausage. Crumble on top of cream cheese. Spread tomatoes on the sausage then top with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
