2 jalapeņo chiles, diced
1 # lean ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
1 small onion chopped
1 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 T. chili powder
1/4 t. red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients well. Shape mixture into 1" balls. Place meatballs into uncreated oblong pan - 13 x 9 x2. Cook uncovered @ 400 oven until brown - 15 to 20 minutes. Can be served with or without salsa. Salsa recipe below. Maybe served hot or cold.

Salsa

1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 T. vinegar
1 med. chopped tomato
1/8 t. cumin
2 chopped garlic cloves
1/8 t. salt
2 T. snipped parsley
1 small chopped onion

Heat all ingredients in 1 CT. saucepan, stirring occasionally until hot.
