12 Teaspoons Flour, Divided
1/2Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Mustard
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper, Divided
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves
1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Small Onions, Sliced
8 Medium Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
4 Teaspoons Butter
2/3 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine 10 teaspoons flour, salt, mustard and half of the pepper. Brush chicken with lemon juice, then sprinkle both sides with flour mixture. Place in an 11x7 baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Arrange onion and mushrooms around chicken. Dot with butter; sprinkle with remaining pepper. Bake at 425º for 20-25 minutes.

Remove chicken and vegetables; keep warm. Pour pan drippings into a small saucepan. Stir milk into remaining flour until smooth. Gradually stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Serve over chicken and vegetables.
