3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs in blender and WHIP. Add milk, then flour and salt and WHIP. Let stand 1 -2 hours. Add 1/4 " oil to each cup in muffin pan and preheat in 450ºF oven. Pour mixture into muffin cups and bake for 20 min., then lower oven to 350ºF for another 10 min.
