Cookie:
½ c. Shortening
¼ c. Butter
1 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
½ tsp. Lemon Extract
½ tsp. Vanilla
2½ c. White Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt

Frosting:
2 c. Powdered Sugar
¼ c. Shortening
2 tbsp. Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
¼ tsp. Lemon Extract
Decorations of choice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients and chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle flour on board and roll dough out to ¼" thickness. Cut desired shapes. Bake at 400º for 6 - 8 minutes. Cool, frost and decorate.
