10 cups shredded cabbage
1 large chopped green pepper
2 medium chopped onions
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 cup white vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, layer cabbage, peppers and onions. In sauce pan, place remaining ingredients, mix well, stir frequently bringing to boil. Pour liquid mixture over slaw mixture. Cover and refrigerate. It gets better the longer it sits--days!
