2 - 20 oz. pkgs. turkey breast tenderloins (6 tenderloins)
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 - 14 oz. can quartered artichoke hearts, drained, finely chopped
6 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan or asiago cheese
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced

Cut a slit lengthwise about 1/2-inch deep in each tenderloin; with a meat mallet, pound to 1/4-inch think. Place tenderloins in a large resealable plastic bag; add dressing. Seal and refrigerate 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.

In a medium bowl combine artichokes, cream cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning and garlic. Remove tenderloins from marinade; discard marinade; pat dry. Spread 1/3 cup of the mixture on each tenderloin up to 1/2-inch from the edges. Roll up and secure rolls with toothpicks.

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300º to 350º). Place tenderloins on grill. Grill 8 to 10 minutes per side or until an instant-read thermometer registers 165º. Remove from grill; let stand 5 minutes. Remove toothpicks.
