Dough:
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 6 ozs. cream cheese at room temperature
- 2 cups sifted flour

Filling:
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup coarse chopped walnuts or pecans

- Beat eggs and mix in remaining ingredients

Crust:
- Cut butter and cream cheese into flour with a pie crust cutter
- Work until smooth
- Roll out into a large circle and use a 3/4 cup measuring cup to cut into smaller circles
- Place crust into tins and fill with filling

Bake at 350ºF for 15 minutes
