1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 cups oatmeal
(4 oz.) Hershey bar, grated
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 12-oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugars; stir in eggs and vanilla. Take oatmeal, small amounts at a time, and blend in blender until it turns to powder. Add oatmeal, flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda to creamed mixture; mix well. Add grated chocolate and chocolate chips to mixture. Make golfball-sized cookies; press down slightly on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 6 minutes at 375º.
