1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained
1 lb. (16 oz.) Velveeta cut into 1/2 inch cubes
4 oz cream cheese
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
8 slices crispy cooked bacon, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 3 minutes. Makes 4 cups.
