4 c. diced apples
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
Cool Whip
Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples and sugar; add oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and add to moist mixture. Place in a 9x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with cool whip.
