Brownies:
1 stick Butter
1 c. Sugar
4 eggs
1 c. Chocolate Syrup
1 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 c. Nuts (Optional)
Frosting:
6 TBSP. Butter
6 TBSP. Milk
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Milk
1/2 c. Choc. Chips
1/4 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Brownies: Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix until blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes in a greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 pan.
Frosting: In a saucepan boil for 2 minutes, butter, milk and sugar. Stir in chips and vanilla and continue heating until chips are completely melted. Pour over cooled brownies.
