Filling-
1 egg white
dash of salt
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/4 c. green Creme De Menthe
or
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
1 jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1/4 c. green Creme De Menthe

Crust-
18-20 Oreo cookies
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
For filling, beat egg white with salt to form soft peaks. Add sugar gradually, beat in corn syrup and cream forming stiff peaks. Fold in Creme De Menthe.
or
Whip cream until firm peaks are formed. Add marshmallow cream. Fold in Creme De Menthe.

For crust, place Oreo cookies in large ziplock bag and crush cookies. Transfer to bowl and add melted butter. Press firmly into pie plate. Pour filling into crust and top with grated chocolate. Freeze until ready to serve.
