1 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
2 cans (20 oz. each) crushed pineapple, drained
10 slices white bread, cubed
8 eggs, well beaten
Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter then add sugar, pineapple, bread and eggs and stir. Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour.
