5 1/2 c. cooked corn kernels
1 c. green pepper chopped
1 c. red pepper chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan combine cooked corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion, carrots, sugar, dry mustard, celery seed and tumeric. Gradually stir in vinegar and bring to a boil stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes until liquid thickens. Transfer to a bowl and chill covered.
