1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce (1 tsp. reserved)
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1 small can tomato sauce (2/3 reserved)
2 tbs.. brown sugar
1 tbs. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, beef, cracker crumbs, onions, seasonings and 2/3 of the tomato sauce. Shape into a flat rectangle. Sprinkle cheese over it and roll it up like a jelly roll. Press ends together to seal. Put in a loaf pain. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
Sauce: Mix the rest of the tomato sauce, brown sugar, vinegar and the 1 tsp. of Worchestershire sauce and pour over the roll the last 15 minutes of baking.
