1/2 c shortening
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix shortening and sugars, add egg, vanilla, milk and peanut butter. Mix until combined. Add flour soda and salt. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar before placing on cookie sheet. Bake @ 375º for 10-12 minutes. After removing cookies form oven place a Hershey kiss in the center of each cookie.
